VolRides Return Policy
At VolRides, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. We understand that sometimes an item may not be exactly what you expected, and we want to make the return process as straightforward as possible.
Eligibility for Returns
We gladly accept returns on electric dirt bikes purchased directly from VolRides, subject to the following conditions:
The bike must be in its original, unopened box, with all packaging intact and seals unbroken.
The product must be in brand new, unused condition. Any attempt to open or tamper with the packaging will void eligibility.
The return process must be initiated within ten (10) days of delivery.
A valid proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email or invoice, is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Opened electric dirt bike boxes
Used bikes or bikes with signs of wear, dirt, dust, or cosmetic damage
Bikes missing original packaging, accessories, or manuals
Special order items
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
VolRides does not provide prepaid return labels unless the issue is due to a manufacturing defect or shipping error.
We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Return Process
To initiate a return:

Contact us within seven (7) days of delivery at info.volrides@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the unopened box.

If approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions. Returns without a valid RA number will be refused.

Ship the product to the provided address with the RA number clearly marked on the package.

Once received, our team will inspect the item. If it meets the conditions, we will issue a refund within 12 business days to the original payment method, minus any fees.
Restocking Fees and Deductions
Orders placed with discount codes will have the discount value deducted from the refund.
Products not yet shipped may be subject to a 5% processing fee.
Accessories and replacement parts are subject to 10% restocking fees plus shipping charges both ways.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your bike arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately upon delivery.
Depending on the circumstances and warranty coverage, we may arrange a replacement, repair, or refund.
Policy Updates
VolRides reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice.
