Warranty

1. Manufacturing Defects Upon Arrival
If a product arrives with a manufacturing defect out of the box, we will provide a free replacement part or a replacement bike (at VolRides’ discretion).Customers must provide a detailed video demonstrating the problem to verify the defect before a replacement is issued.

2. Limited Warranty Coverage
VolRides offers a 6-month limited warranty, effective from the date the bike is delivered to the customer, covering the following components: Battery, Motor, and Controller.

Conditions: The bike must be used properly and in accordance with the user manual. The battery must never be stored with less than 30% charge for longer than 7 days. Failure to follow this guideline may void the warranty.

3. Exclusions (Not Covered by Warranty)
The following parts are considered wear-and-tear items and are not covered under warranty: Wheelsets, Chain or belt, Kickstand, and other consumable components subject to normal wear.

4. Post-Warranty Support
If issues occur after the warranty period, VolRides will continue to support customers by offering necessary replacement parts at cost price. By selling directly to our customers and eliminating middlemen, we provide parts at significantly reduced prices. Customers are responsible for their own regular maintenance and repairs.

5. Warranty Claim Process
To file a warranty claim, contact VolRides customer service within the warranty period. Provide a detailed video showing the issue. VolRides will review the claim and determine whether a replacement part or bike is applicable.
